Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellation Exceptions

All sales are final. However, in certain cases, cancellation or return exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

If a cancellation or return is approved as an exception, a 20% fee of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the arrangement. These costs will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Any refund will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
